      An honest review, take it or leave it...

      Pros

      Casual work environment, very friendly people, USA-made products you can get excited about, and there is actual work-life balance.

      Cons

      Hardly anyone is fairly compensated for their work (low pay, "promotions" and no raises are very common, and very minimal vacation is given). Management does not fully trust their employees and this shows in the hesitancy to let people work remotely (even after an entire year of remote work during COVID19). Advice: If you are a young, recent engineering grad and want to work here, get your 1.5 yeas of experience, grow your skills and get out.

      Terrible company

      Pros

      You do have access to every hospital and can learn the industry. Good way to find out which companies you would want to work for.

      Cons

      Pay, MGMT, products are cheap and don't work like you are told they will(Voyant). You complete and total focus will be on Voyant and it is a flop. The MGMT is horrendous and completely out of touch with reality. Certain individual keeps getting promoted because she checks a lot of boxes. If it were on her merits she shouldn't have a job sweeping the floors.

      High Speed CNC supervisor

      This is strictly my opinion and based on my personal experience there , I find no Pros.

      Cons

      High employee and supervisor turn over rate. If your not part of the good o'l boys club your not valued. They throw money at a problem hoping it fixes itself. Ridiculously long hours if you are salary.
