At least one of the VPs is very weak in his mental control. When you pointed out his error, he would not forgive you.

Good company with great vision. Good work-life balance with the feeling of a stress-free culture for the most part. Good opportunity to grow if you do things "The Applied Way". If you go with the flow, you'll be fine.

Cons

Be careful of what you say and who you say it to. After talking to my uncle about this company, he told me to check out the "Twilight Zone" episode "It's a good life" where the son wishes people away to the cornfield. This place is great most days, but can be very much like that episode.
