      Great Company, Strong product line, Good to employees

      Pros

      Strong product line with trusted staples across most specialties. Positive company culture with employee-first decision making at leadership level. Improvements are being made to comp, T&E and benefit packages to make them more competitive across workplace. Every leader I have worked with or under has been wonderful.
