Management does not know how to run a manufacturing facility. Very low growth opportunities.

Low pay. Management is poor and talk down Competent people don't get recognition Expected to work overtime frequently No room to advance in position and career

Pros

Great learning experiences and you definitely can learn a lot as career start up. And your experience learn in AOI can go everywhere. Employees friendly company. But if you are lazy and layback person, then you won't survive for first few months.

Cons

Heavily Asian culture and stressful at engineering side. Not sure other departments. Politics party every corner, but they will work together as team work.
