Pros

None. I couldn't even think of any lol

Cons

Well. That's a lot. First, they force you to work overtime on workday and come to office on weekends without any pays or benefits. They will terminate employees who refuse to work overtime. Second. Benefits are zero. No sick leave. Anyone who suffers from fever has to come to work. Then everyone will be impacted. Third and most stupid thing is that they hire phd and master talents for technician job. You are supposed to oncall at anytime Amd come to site even at midnight. Fourth. Very low salary. They pay the same salary to master and phd. If you propose to resign, they will try to interfere, which violates "at will" rule. And the last, No career growth at all.

Pros

Better place to start as a fresh graduate to gain experience. Will work on several different areas not related to your normal duties. Helps grow your skillset in diverse fields.

Cons

No good employee development plans from management. No structure on task distribution and regular one-on-ones to gauge and align employee and company's goals and objective for collective development.
