      You can work on a wide variety of projects within a variety of agencies /fields.

      Projects often lack direction and simply rely on excess money the government agencies have lying around and don't mind parting with.

      I joined ARA earlier this year and it was a nice break from the typical corporate environment I’ve been at in the past. Very smart and helpful people and supportive leadership, not too much politics for the size of the company, and an environment that allows one to continually learn and grow

      Cons

      Some processes can be slow or not well defined. Growing pains such as IT support systems have some room to improve, etc
