      Benefits are great, there are tons of very smart people doing every type of science you could imagine, so if you are a scientist, you can find something that interests you

      Cons

      Pay isn't great, and you really have to bring in your own contracts/pursue higher education to move upwards. There isn't a huge focus on career development where I was located.
