      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      They hire great people and the culture as a result is great. Coworkers are motivated, groups are small enough and given the right amount of support and autonomy to define their own software processes to be effective yet minimize beaurocracy. Definitely the most motivated/productive group of coworkers I've had.

      Cons

      Base salary is fairly average, but they give bonuses and ESOP contributions. Overall, pay is okay, but won't blow you away.
