      ARA provides an opportunity for people to do engineering and science that matters for fun and profit. It is 100% ESOP owned company where everyone is an owner. where we focus on growth of ourselves and our business.

      Cons

      ARA has a culture of self reliance and a culture of growth, both individually and as a company. Not all people thrive in a growth orientated atmosphere.

      Pros

      Management tries to keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Not an easy task for a government contractor. Flexible work environment. A good platform for those who bring their own funding.

      Cons

      Lacks teamwork. Its every person looking out for themself. Few opportunities for professional growth. Contracts are short term and unpredictable, making your employment unreliable.
