      Pros

      Best benefits package I have ever seen. Employee to employee relations is excellent. People know you as an individual not an employee number. Micro Managing is minimal.

      Cons

      IT takes a second chair. Productivity takes priority but rely on the latest technology. Ability to stay in front of latest technology is hindered base off funding going to projected projects.
