      Pros

      I've been with ARA for over 11 years and it's a wonderful company. Very little bureaucracy which is atypical of contractors. Since we are employee-owned, everyone has a part in growing the company which really sets the tone. Management encourages all employees to do work they are passionate about and go after new ideas, customers and projects. Love everyone I work with.

      Cons

      If you are ambitious and driven, there are no cons.

      Lot of creative people and interesting, tough problems About 1/2 of staff have advanced degrees Not a lot of top down pressure/tasks
