Pros
A well run company with superb benefits. They really do care about recruiting and maintaining quality personnel. They don't generally overwork their employees and are very understanding of personal situations that require time off, etc.
Cons
Limited types of work, although they are making an effort to grow into new arenas. Unfortunately, many of the contracts they hold are a bit on the boring side of things.
