Regardless of how many years you have been there or what awards you have been given, the company cares only about how much money they are or going to make. Many times we started working on a new product and spent many hours with customers in focus groups and partnerships to collect feedback and start creating a new product to only turn around and acquire a company that already has this product but have out dated tech. Then they focus on trying to fit a square peg into a round hole and try to integrate directly in Epic and other products. These integrations are never done the "right way" even though Applied promotes to their employees to always "do the right thing". Lastly Applied rarely expands feature past phase 1. It rarely gets to phase 2.

Horrible vacation time offered, only 10 days. You need to accrue sick time and are not given any personal days. You are treated with little autonomy and every hour is tracked. They have no empathy or really care about their employees, it is all about micromanaging and managment justifying their overpaid roles.
