Pros

I have had no good experiences since Applied acquired Indio Technologies.

Cons

Applied Systems does not provide adequate support emotionally or professionally to it’s employees. If you are looking for a good work-life balance and a good, open workplace culture where you feel valued as a person or an employee Applied Systems will not provide that. Management was not receptive to questions or concerns, trainings and methodologies were disorganized, and they micromanage employees while pushing them to work beyond their capabilities. Employee retention is poor and they aren’t making any serious attempts to improve work culture or backfill positions. As a result, employees are shouldering too much responsibility while being over-pressured to meet unhealthy expectations by management. In addition, management has little experience with the products resulting in few people having few answers to questions from both employees and clients. Overall, Applied Systems provided for a highly unfortunate and disappointing work experience.
