Pros

You work closely on a team with hands on experience in real projects. There is not a strict schedule, as long as you work 8 hours in the day. The office view is overlooking the sound. You can ask anyone around the office any question without a problem.

Cons

There is no paid lunch break, but you can take one.

I'm really happy that you are enjoying working with us. We've been in this location for quite a long while, and I never get tired of the view! Of course, right now (as we are forced to work from home) we don't get to enjoy it, but it's nice to know we have something nice to go back to when the pandemic subsides.

Pros

- A lot of autonomy and projects are interesting - Co-workers are extremely nice and knowledgable - Management respects its workers, clearly is a great place to work for full-time

Cons

- Location is a bit isolated, but it is very pretty!

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your internship with us - our internship program is extremely important to me. And yes, our office is a bit off the beaten path ... but that's part of its charm, I think. We all really enjoy being in such a quaint village on the waterfront, so it's worth a little extra driving.
