Good but very heavy travel schedule

Pros

Supervisors are very good and understand what technicians need. Very relaxed atmosphere as long as you do your job properly. You earn respect very quickly if you are a reliable worker.

Cons

Work as a technician requires 80+% travel schedule. Very difficult to maintain a work/life balance. Not much career advancement, probably need to leave the company if you want a fancy office job.

management does nothing that doesnt concern them. everyone over a tech just rides out their job week to week never looking to better anything. stuck at same starting wage. won't give certs and customer satisfaction does not matter. 50% pay for unbillable time
