Pros

There have been opportunities to advance my career in the direction I've wanted. The company has taken good care of me over the past 4 years, well beyond my expectations when I took this as my first job out of college. I have always been in the fortunate position of having leaders who I can trust and be open with. They have helped me grow. They have also shown care for my work-life balance in every role I've had here.

Cons

It has at times been quite challenging and stressful, but for the right reasons.
