Pros

There's a lot of opportunity to grow in a personal and professional way, people is open to listen to you and help you whenever needed. Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. Salaries are great.

Cons

If you're look to work 100% remote this is not the place. We work in a hybrid way 2 days at home and 3 at the office which I personally like, but I know may people want something 100% at home.

Pros

People is thoughtful and open minded. While work can be stressful sometimes it's rarely about egos, mostly about challenges and work itself. Transparency & communication are key features, specially for teams operating in a multicultural environment.

Cons

As a medium-sized tech startup there are the usual growing pains, such as lack of direction and u-turns sometimes, but that's more the exception than the rule, as everyone is genuinely giving their best to make things shift in the right direction.
