Pros

Despite having lots of problems with management, sales, internal politics, etc, the engineers here were all extremely talented and were all a pleasure to work with. If you take a look at their profiles, most of them are from exceptional backgrounds: ex-MITs, ex-Googlers, ex-Palantirs, ex-Goldman Sachs...

Pros

- Full of learning opportunities: I've learned a ton from the many challenges to take on, not to mention the wide variety of them. Being surrounded by others who similarly love both learning and helping others learn is a huge advantage. - The right kind of ambition: The team is filled with people who are ambitious in their goal of making app development more data-driven. The individual team members genuinely care about what's best for others, whether it's their team, the company, the customers, or app users around the world.

Cons

- The environment is better suited for some types of learning than others: it would be a good fit for self-starters looking to take on lots of interesting challenges, but it may not be ideal in learning situations that require a lot of hand-holding.
