Pros

Your colleagues are great people to work with and always willing to help.

Cons

Often times management seems to be completely incompetent. Salaries are lower than comparable jobs elsewhere. Management shows preferential treatment to employees and nothing is based on merit, but on who you know. Morale is low.

Spent my entire career there helping put out fires. Way too many outages for critical components like email
