Pros
It's a decent salary for most. There were some talented folks, but most are gone now
Cons
The CEO lacks experience and is running the company into the ground. He is overconfident and confrontational. He will not listen to the advice of others; instead, he chooses to argue why his view is the right one. Over the last couple of years, they've let go about half the company. The product pales compared to the competition and suffers from ongoing data inaccuracy. Most of the GTM team has left or been laid off.
