      Pros

      It's great to work for a company that has a moral compass. They have a set of 31 Fundamentals and each week there is a different fundamental that is discussed and practiced. Aprio makes the transition to a new company straightforward with extensive on-boarding and a contact for every department, should you have questions. I have not found any employee to be unfriendly or dismissive. What a great start to Aprio!

      Pros

      The whole interview process was virtual. I talked with a recruiter via phone call and email and 2 additional Microsoft teams calls with members of the Audit team. Both teams calls were very relaxed and made you feel at ease. Both individuals gave me great insight as to what it is like working for Aprio and what is expected from their employees.

      Pros

      -Remote work -Unlimited PTO -Extended holidays (2 day Memorial/2 day Independence/Closed week of Christmas - beginning of January -Flexible w/ schedules

      Cons

      -Conversion/Mergers can be a tough process, but IT/management is willing to help/find a solution -Work/life balance and team environment really depends on practice group and location (employee working for NC partners may have different experience than employee working for GA team) -As a remote employee, I wish my partners/managers were easier to get ahold of/more communicative. My team is relatively new to the remote work environment (as am I) and there could be process improvement on both ends to effectively manage workflows. That being said, adjusting can be difficult and everyone has maintained a positive outlook and attitude (as far as I know).
