      Pros

      The HA&W people and the people who are HA&W's individual and business clients are the pros of working at this firm. Working here you are constantly surrounded by experienced supervisors and leaders as well as really smart, top-of-their class colleagues. HA&W has a good team feel with everyone pulling together toward one goal. It is a very flat organization, which means that partners and the executive leaders are very accessible. Its list of business and high-net-worth individual clients is impressive and makes the daily work interesting. Hard, smart and innovative work is rewarded.

      Pros

      Good job at trying to boost morale during busy season Most people are nice - some are not, particularly when asking for help Salary was great

      Cons

      Partners don't communicate with each other & pick favorites Managers give little to no feedback whatsoever When feedback was given, it was generally good, leading me to believe that I was excelling Will work you to death during busy season & then let you go once it's over Very clique-ish, don't expect to be welcomed Have a terrible reputation for overhiring and then firing you once busy season is over Believe their reputation. They have it for a reason. I wish I had known these things before I accepted my position. I would have kept looking.

      Pros

      I have a very good working experience at HA&W. My co-worker there are smart and hard worker. They also would love to share their experience and knowledge and always appreciate your good work. I gained a lot of skills and have a fun time there.

      Cons

      valuation group is still small. it's hard to get a full time position there when they are not very busy.
