Pros
Aprio really is a good place to work, and the management is pretty laid back. Just get the work done, and there are no problems. Also, the various offices do help each other, and are quick to respond.
Cons
After the firm I was a part of was acquired by Aprio, the transition was rough to say the least. We were already behind due to process and software changes as a result of the acquisition, but mandatory training always seemed to happen at the most inconvenient of times, and there was no option to reschedule after the tax year ended. Training on the software was sparse, and left me and my coworkers to find our own solutions, resulting lost tons of lost time.
