Not Great for Remote Work

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great people in the Nashville office! Good pay, unlimited DTO, plus the week of the 4th of July off and the week of Thanksgiving.

Cons

Initially was a great atmosphere, even when working remote. However, that depends on which partners you are working with. Some of them are not as receptive to remote employees. Feedback is poor and you don't see your reviews from those above you, which I had never had anywhere else.

Its a CPA firm

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote work Not bad benefits Unlimited PTO

Cons

Its a CPA firm, so during busy season you will have to work over 40hrs of "billable time a week". Its not a bad place to work but you need to be a person that really into the CPA firm life style. Summers are light and easy but January- May are hell and August- October are hell. Overall its not a bad place to work but make sure you are ready for the CPA firm lifestyle

Great Onboarding

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Best onboarding experience I have ever had. The tech I needed was sent to me quickly, programs were already installed and specific trainings for the tech was done within the first week. Remote set up training, three monitors, no need to put in tons of tickets to get access to the program I need. Managers are technically strong and I am learning a lot. Colleagues have been respectful and offered constructive criticism directly. Unlimited DTO actually gets approved without issue. Week off for July 4th and Thanksgiving. Check ins on work to make sure not overwhelmed.

Cons

Not very diverse. I don't enjoy using Teams but it is what it is. They are rapidly merging with a lot of smaller firms but they need to streamline processes so all offices are on the same page. They should speed up the client onboarding process.
