Fresh, dynamic, forward thinking company in respect to employee relations and work/life balance

Cons

The onboarding process is a bit of a challenge. A lot of the company's benefits, services, tools, etc. are thrown at you in the first few days that it can be difficult to sift through what you need to be focused on for your job and what you need to get done to complete your onboarding process.
