Aptar company culture is respectful of all employees. Safety is #1 priority. Aptar has three divisions - Pharma, Beauty, and Closures. Strong and growing portfolio of products and IP in all of these divisions enables steady business growth through economic uncertainty. Aptar offers good benefits and impressive internal career development resources.

Cons

Not for everyone. If you are seeking a more cut-throat and anti-inclusive environment where 80+ hour work week is encouraged and rewarded, then Aptar is not for you. Career mobility may be limited unless you are open to relocation.
