Very nice people that take care of their employees and consultants. Flexible work hours - they seemed very concerned about work/life balance.

Cons

There was a tendency to reject new ideas. Every plant thought they were special and unique. Some direct conflicts between different parties over what their legacy systems provided and what the replacenent should do.
