Pros

If you are a hard-worker, you'll find yourself growing really fast here. The products are good, revenue making and there are well established customers. You can interact with your manager and get the type of work you desire. Environment is cool. Less politics to my notice. Good recognition and bonus salaries provided every month/quarterly

Cons

Salary might be less if you are working really hard. Always have to depend on the onsite team to approve your changes, which makes the process slow.

Pros

Work Environment(Ambience) is really good. Also office location is at Rajajinagar entrance(5 minutes from Majestic) making it accessible from various parts of Bangalore.

Cons

Less salary offered within the company. Perks and Incentives are too less. Management ambigous about the future plans.
