Do not trust - Redundancy for no reason

Pros

None as working at Aptean will not give you any career progression and they can make you redundant and not pass 6 months' probation even after successful project delivery. Stay away

Cons

- No real leaders - Using loopholes to recruit and lay-off people.

Pros

I met some good people who went on to work elsewhere - expanding my network. I really wanted to see this company & product succeed.

Cons

steady stream of exits & layoffs... company once had such promise but it was just a shell of its former self. Merger & Acquisition crushed the initiative and innovation out of this company.
