Pros
Company is having around more than 40 products under CRM, ERP , SCM , Healthcare and Knowledge Base Domain. I started my career here and got a very great training around technologies and tools used in day to day life. This helps for a fresher to narrow down the bridge between a college to corporate life transition challenges. Company has very good work environment culture and provide all the basic employee benefits and facilities. Employees here also get a chance to work on different products which somehow is helpful for them to increase their knowledge in various product domain and technologies.
Cons
Company is decent, but sometimes various domain product get acquired by other equity partners for product growth. But they impose their own work culture and Technics on employees which becomes a difficult task to adopt all at a sudden. because of these acquisitions their are some chances of job risks.
