If you survive there more than a year, you're rare type of a human being
Pros
Salary and commission, integrations and team events, good colleagues to work with (and suffer with, about it soon), good company to start your career with, as they offer quite a structured induction process
Cons
Oh my, a lot. Due to the acquisitions, the company is incredibly unstable, and you have no idea what the direction is, if there is any. In Sales, they can change your product anytime and expect you will deliver the same results with no proper training and transition period. Also, even though the commission is quite decent, they change the rules of when you receive it and do not inform about it. They talk a lot about values, but it ends with talking - sooner or later you will have to look at more and more empty desks of colleagues who worked hard, but, due to higher management decisions, were made redundant or just overworked to a point where they cannot do it anymore or do not care. If you start speaking about fixing the problems the company has before moving to new projects, you are removed from the company, because why fix the existing problems when you can just ignore them? Sales delivered the results they expected, and now the target is exorbitant, the pressure is incredibly high, with no support from the company.
