Pros
Big company with lots of resources and money. The work is not super difficult, but if there’s a lot of it, you’re still expected to perform.
Cons
-You are literally nothing more than a number to them. Upper management has no idea who you are, and will fire you with 0 hesitation. -Performance evaluations are a scam. They get delayed every time. You get no feedback at all and no explanations. Cheap with raises. Lots of favoritism. -This company is all words, no action. All kinds of promises that never happen. -Lastly, if you got acquired by them, LEAVE. They will lay off everyone and exclude you from all the good initiatives. -Company direction is unclear. They own tons of products from companies they buy, but also have their own… Makes no sense
