      Pros

      I'm employed. Benefits are decent and affordable. Unlimited PTO is nice, but doesn't really mean unlimited - more like 4 weeks.

      Cons

      Turn over at high levels doesn't seem to have any positive impact - no new direction, just a different person who listens less than the person before. The products are not market-ready and buggy when released. If you want culture and shared values, don't look here. It's all written down and not lived.
