      Pros

      Great work/life balance & culture. This truly was a launching pad for my career. It was very challenging, yet rewarding. I am very thankful the time I was at Aptean. I learned a lot of great things I'm able to use everyday with my new employer.

      Cons

      A lot of restructuring was unnerving but it is to be expected after a merger/acquisition.

      Pros

      Coworkers get a long well within the company. Company strives to be successful with the adversities that has over come. Company gives many opportunities to new workforce out of college however comes with drawback on an experienced staff.

      Cons

      Companies focus on information that has not proven to be successful in past. Outsourcing on many R&D positions to India. Performing tasks that often go unnoticed by management. Two years now not having any bonus that is based on the companies performance.
