Work Environment(Ambience) is really good. Also office location is at Rajajinagar entrance(5 minutes from Majestic) making it accessible from various parts of Bangalore.

Cons

Less salary offered within the company. Perks and Incentives are too less. Management ambigous about the future plans.

none, seriously. the company is in constant turmoil .

Cons

many. management and the organization are in constant turmoil. management overhead is extreme, many layers of management - way above what it should be this type of organization / business. Small staff that does the actual work and is overworked, underpaid, under appreciated. actions speaks louder than words and aptean is good with words.

While the company has been through a lot of change, the new executive team is approachable and inclusive. They have outlined strategic pillars and objectives for the year to improve things that haven't worked well in the past. It is good to see action being taken and people being accountable to make things better.

Cons

Lots of change. People who cannot adapt easily will not thrive in this environment.
