      Management is the classic good ole boy network. They tend to hire younger workers to pay them less and fire the more seasoned employees.

      Company was acquired but Aptean and you live everyday on the edge of your seat because one by one they will lay people off when you are not needed anymore. They purchase the company, rebrand the product and replace the employees. If sales has one bad quarter, they begin laying people off and cutting resources.
