      Pros

      if you get to work in ERP and SCM products, then good exposure to build knowledge. Well-defined team structure, work life balance is decent. Keep acquiring products, If you get to work in new technology products, then its a plus. Bonus plan does exist

      Cons

      Continuously changing leadership at top. New leadership drives new initiatives then left halfway, no sense of direction. BUs being sold off, so people are unsure of their roles . managers are not empowered to take decisions.
