      I Have Certainly Seen Worse, But This Place Needs Some Help!

      Pros

      Most of the folks you will work with are amazing. Great place for young grads to network, and get their feet wet.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the folks that you work with that are not-so-amazing are the ones in charge. There is little to no training for anyone other than development, it seems. I have been with the company for a year and find myself struggling some days. I have worked for multiple software companies over the last several years and can say that this certainly isn't the worst place, but it needs a lot of work to become a good environment for its employees.

      Good training, My first company was a good experience had to leave because i got a chance to purse masters

      Hectic, could have offered more, there was lots of changes in management when i worked

      Pros

      Smart, hard working intense bunch of folks. Happy customers and an earnest desire to deliver what they need. The company has a long road ahead but everyone seems willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to help deliver.

      Cons

      High expectations. Inconsistent cross company communication. I'm not sure that everyone is aware of the brand and strategy being created.
