      Overwhelmed and ineffective executive team

      Pros

      Good customer base (eroding very quickly though) Two or three of the products are really strong in their market and have strong potential, but the executives don’t recognize that because they don’t understand them or their markets

      Cons

      With over 30 products (12 of them ERP) No direction or focus Overwhelmed and ineffective executive team Terrible treatment of employees and benefits Not listening to customers Restrictions by Vista Equity partners ensure that no real investments are being made in any of the products, and therefore no real innovation or hope for any of the products. Customers and employees quickly leaving as they realize there is no future with this company

      Pros

      Early in my time at Aptean but I like the focus on caliber of talent. Very focused on process and sytems which are currently not there but at least they are focusing on it!! New leadership team seems energized and committed. Now they need to execute.

      Cons

      Lots of change. Employees are struggling with the stress of so much change in the past year.
