      Pros

      Excellent training given to freshers. Provides a good platform to get exposure to technology depending on the product you are assigned. Management is very supportive. A very good company to start off your career.

      Cons

      Below average salary. Company strategies keep changing regularly. Most of the products do not have a proper road map. Work is limited to bug fixes.
