      Pros

      Opportunity to work on different technologies, Good line-up of Products, Benefits for top performers, Excellent training for the Freshers.

      Cons

      Office-Culture is worst, Partial towards certain Teams, Work-life balance is very bad, if you are a guy with good amount of experience and knowledge (you are supposed to work extra hours to trade-off for those who dont work!), No proper Roadmap for the R&D!

      Great learning opportunities for freshers . More responsibilities as compared to big MN Cs.

      Cons

      Salary. Management doesn't care about employee moral. Appreciation given to employees who can remain limelight. lack of proper guidance. too man changes in strategies. no employee benefits. workload on juniors. no comp off or Work from home. But you will be asked to work on weekends.
