- Great people. Seniors are really good and experienced. - Good products, that deliver value to customers - Large growth in India leading to many growth opportunities for people - Relatively flat organization and everyone is open and approachable

Cons

- It was looking directionless for a while after the merger, but things are falling in place now - Pace is very hectic and there is constant change - Relatively unknown big brand, except in the campus circles - For experienced people, salary is not at par with market
