      At least I'm not unemployed yet.

      Cons

      Seems like everything is decided by holding company Vista Equity Partners They want to replace experienced higher paid employees with low paid inexperienced ones Aptitude test results carry more weight than past employment history The most hardcore non-compete agreement I have ever seen. This has to be illegal! Don't sign and your out of a job. Sign and you can't work for any company in a related industry for to 2 years.

      new mgmt team with no clear direction

      Pros

      Good customers, great co-workers, if you are a self-starter, you can learn a lot by doing things in a fast pace company.

      Cons

      high turnover rate. Upper mgmt does not care to keep the best brain in house but to care more abt "numbers". "best practice" so far means cutting best people off and hiring junior with no skills and lower pay, also no clear direction as to how to promote/develop better products and people. Mid level mgmt has some pests that can make your life miserable regardless your performance.

      Cons

      Each day staying with this company is frustrated. Your position exists in the company based on that quarter profit of your team. Your work totally based on supervisor, not based on your ability.
