the only pro is that they offer remote work

Cons

They buy out smaller companies doing well, they lie about "not changing anything" to the empolyee's that built the company, then proceed to change everything... including firing people, or stripping people of previous salaries and benefits, etc. They do not care about employees. You are just a number to them. I will I could give negative stars.

- low expectations meant job was pretty low stress (also a con, see below) - full remote

Cons

- extremely high turnover due to mismanagement and bad managers - extremely weak benefits. Worst 401k plan I've ever had, no FMLA or other leave options, unlimited PTO that is tracked very closely making it hard to take - anti-worker policies. Employee handbook had a very strict noncompete clause and other scare tactics - bad company culture, aside from once monthly all staff meetings, no visibility from C-level execs and teams are very siloed making effective communication extremely difficult - weak pay, all same level coworkers including myself were underpaid - growth by acquisition. Aptean is constantly acquiring new companies and there is a lot of confusion about how these teams interact. Overall, do not recommend. Unless you want to work in ERPs and this is your only option, do not work here.
