      Layoffs are imminent once you have been acquired. Aptean going through very big changes due to AI, and have come up with a new directive to manage this change. I do not feel ‘taken care off as an Aptean employee I’m just a number.

      Constantly learning and working. New resources and technologies can be utilized.

      Cons

      This company is constantly acquiring other companies and then constantly laying off employees. Every year, a large number of layoffs occur, but the compensation given is very little, and the salary offered is also very low. After using AI, 50% of the staff were laid off. It's best to leave this company as soon as possible!
