Nothing to say for cons

1) Self Centric Engineering Management, 2) Completely disorganized project activities, Not the place for work life balance here. 3) Management rush you to complete the deadline with minimum engineering resources, most of the time delivery will be having deeply poor quality. 4) Rewards and Recognition have no meaning here. It will mostly not based on your hard work or achievements. 5) Misuse of engineering resources for management responsibilities. 6) No defined roles and responsibility for an individual. 7) Lack of focus to build people to build business. 8) Finally, HR department sucks. They won't listen to individual concern. I have been working with this organization for so long., even before Delphi - Aptiv spin off. I deeply disappointed and regret how much professional work culture and product quality degraded over years with Aptiv TCI (aka Delphi before) due to poor assessment on management areas. If you are looking for a job, please don't prefer APTIV - TCI india. Beware that , this place has most un ethical engineering management.
