      strong exposure to ADAS and vehicle system. lots of opportunity to learn and growth good stepping stone: easy to move later to OEM

      Cons

      less cutting-edge than top tech company such as NVIDIA, Waymo more implementation than innovation work-life balance can fluctuate. compensation is good, but not top-tier frequent management change lay off almost every year

      Work life balance is okayish, will get enough time for your job, but things can get tough also sometimes

      Cons

      Lot's of politics happens in the company. Higher management is very conservative and non-technical. They have lots of Product owners who don't have any technical knowledge of the software portion, but we have to report to them, making them understand everything and at the end they will portray the same to their managers like they did that themselves. Main focus is not on learning but to be visible only. Annual hike is less compared to the market standards.
