      Pros

      Fast paced, challenging, and allows employees a good work-life balance. Aptiv is phasing into more of a tech company, rather than the "legacy OEM automotive company" so past traditions and the hierarchical mindsets are being phased out. The technologies and strategy for the company is very strong, there is great potential. A large focus is being put on internal mobility, mentoring, and growing employees throughout the company, which gives good opportunities to current and potential employees to grow.

      Workloads are very large, but our teams are very supportive and willing to help if needed.
