Management lacks structure and clarity. Roles are not properly aligned, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Compensation and Benefits administration is poorly managed, with minimal real support from leadership. Most benefits are more for show than for actual employee value. If you’re considering joining HR — avoid TA and HR Ops, as the management approach and processes there are highly unstructured. The HRBP team, however, is relatively better organized and provides better exposure and learning opportunities.
